5 in 1 Tongkat Ali and Ginseng Coffee

I saw this 5 in 1 coffee that was on sale while I was in Melaka, Malaysia. I have seen 4 in 1 coffee; but 5 in 1 coffee is something refreshing to me. The brand is Meet U and printed on the pack was that it contained 20 stick packs of 30gm coffee. The 5 ingredients that made up this coffee are 1) White Coffee 2) Tongkat Ali extract 3 ) Ginseng extract 4) Sugar 5) Non diary creamer. And the instruction was to pour all the contents into a cup and add 180ml to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. This coffee is manufactured in Melaka, Malaysia.

So I decided to buy this coffee and bring it back home to try out the taste. Tongkat Ali herbs is commonly consumed in Asia by men who want to enhance their sexual performance and to improve their health. It is almost perceived to be liked Viagra in Malaysia and Indonesia. And Ginseng is a health tonic that improves our health and vitality. But I guess the amount of Tongkat Ali and Ginseng added onto this coffee should be very marginal to have any significant impact on our body. So I don’t expect any enhancement in my overall well being after drinking this coffee.

After adding hot boiling water into the coffee cup, I could smell the strong aroma of coffee emitting from the cup. I stirred it thoroughly to make sure that the contents are properly dissolved. My verdict is that the 5 in 1 Tongkat Ali with Ginseng coffee taste good. It is not too sweet nor was there any strange taste of herbs in it. In fact, it tasted just liked the normal instant coffee. But the taste and smell was nice and it is quite creamy too.

I told my friend that I felt no special effect or POWER on my body after drinking it. No increased in sexual desire, no extra vitality or strength – just as I expected. But I do feel more alert and less sleepy. I normally take a short nap in the afternoon; but after drinking this coffee – I was alert throughout the whole afternoon. Anyway it is a nice cup of coffee, do buy a pack and try it out if it is available in your country.

Skechers Shape Ups Trainer Shoes

I bought another pair of shoes from Skechers and it is the Skechers Shape Ups Trainer Shoes. I bought my first pair of Skechers shoes early this year which is a Tone-Ups shoes and I liked it. Looking at the 2 different pair of shoes in my home – the Tone-Ups and Shape-Ups, I don’t really see the difference visually. But when I wear it, the Shape-Ups shoes has thicker pads in sole and that makes it more comfortable. The thing I liked about Skechers shoes is that it is very comfortable – as the thick pads on the sole protects my feet against impact from the ground. I can stand and walk for a longer period of time without feeling stress on my feet and legs. And the prices for these shoes are reasonable – costing an average of US$100/- per pair depending on models. My exercise routine each week is basically brisk walking for 5 km and some weight lifting. So far the Skechers shoes that I having been wearing serve me well on these 2 activities.

Does the Skechers shoes really help in burning more calories and losing the extra weight? I don’t think so. Does it help in toning up my muscles as I walked and strengthen my feet and legs? I am quite skeptical about this too. My reason is this – even if you wear any pair of shoes, you can lose weight if you are discipline in your diet and perform daily exercise. I have seen some people brisk walking without shoes and they seems to enjoy it. The reason why I bought Skechers shoes is that it is very comfortable to wear and it does help me to go about performing my daily routine activities in comfort. Besides, I liked their design as well.

One thing to note about the Skechers Shape Ups Trainer shoes is that the sole is not flat. It takes some time to get use to walking in this pair of shoes. Some people find this instability on the shoes rather uncomfortable. But most people will get used to it after a few days. It is just liked learning how to walk in a new way and after a while, it is easy to do brisk walking or running even with this in built instability pods on the shoes.

Car with Naruto Anime Paintwork

I was in a shopping mall in Johor Bahru Malaysia; and saw a car with a beautiful paintwork of the Japanese manga character Naruto. The Naruto character was beautifully done on this car and indeed it attracted the attention of many shoppers including myself. For those who have no idea who is Naruto, it is a Japanese manga character created by Masashi Kisimoto. It is one of the best selling manga in Japan and was adapted into anime.

The interior of the car was also well decorated and it looked cool. My friend commented that the overall feel of this car is too overwhelming and loud – and he would not want to own such a car. Well, we all have different views and taste – so long as we are happy with it, then all is good. I do not know how much money it cost for the owner to transform this ordinary car into a Naruto painted car with a flashy interior cabin.
